I've spent the last ten years working in some of the most high-powered, fast-paced, stressful industries in the world. The U.S. Intelligence Community and high-tech consulting in Silicon Valley. At 33, I've compiled unique perspectives and insights that can help you find the right job, or help your company hire and retain the right people.

It doesn't matter if you are in school, a Veteran, or want to change careers, I can help. As you embark into the next chapter I want to help you achieve your measure of success.

I know what it takes to get ahead in a brutally competitive world. I am average at best but have worked with some of the brightest minds in the world. I attended a state school and received my MBA from a niche unmarketable program.

You can be the smartest person in the world, but if you do not have soft skills you will not succeed. If you have soft skills but are unable to learn hard skills you will not do well. It's important to take all that you know and apply it to the right job.

My expertise is revolves around job search strategies, resume writing, soft skill development, personal finance, project & change management, design thinking, talent strategies, and career planning.

Soft Skill Coaching. You may be the most technically savvy student on the planet but you are having a hard time connecting with organizations. Perhaps, you need strategies on how to better connect with people. I'll help you identify personal strengths and weaknesses. I may not be the smartest person in the room but what has set me apart from my peers is strong soft skills. I connect with coworkers on a personal and professional level. Let's create a plan to improve your soft skills so you can get ahead.

Personal Finance. Retirement, paying off student loans, understanding taxes, and saving takes careful planning. You don't want to end up short. Nor do you want to forgo living your life because you are paying off debt. I'll help you figure out your personal finances to set you up for long-term success. Your twenties and thirties are a time of discovery but you should also be saving a ton. Your future self will thank you.
