I've spent the last ten years working in some of the most high-powered, fast-paced, stressful industries in the world. The U.S. Intelligence Community and high-tech consulting in Silicon Valley. At 33, I've compiled unique perspectives and insights that can help you find the right job, or help your company hire and retain the right people.

It doesn't matter if you are in school, a Veteran, or want to change careers, I can help. As you embark into the next chapter I want to help you achieve your measure of success.

I know what it takes to get ahead in a brutally competitive world. I am average at best but have worked with some of the brightest minds in the world. I attended a state school and received my MBA from a niche unmarketable program.

You can be the smartest person in the world, but if you do not have soft skills you will not succeed. If you have soft skills but are unable to learn hard skills you will not do well. It's important to take all that you know and apply it to the right job.

Resume Writing. The modern resume has not evolved too much over the past few decades. You need to stand out to catch the recruiters eye. I'll help you craft a perfect resume while highlighting key results and actions. I've managed to write hundreds of resumes and secure job interviews with organizations I am unqualified for. My resume helped open the door.
Soft Skill Coaching. You may be the most technically savvy student on the planet but you are having a hard time connecting with organizations. Perhaps, you need strategies on how to better connect with people. I'll help you identify personal strengths and weaknesses. I may not be the smartest person in the room but what has set me apart from my peers is strong soft skills. I connect with coworkers on a personal and professional level. Personal Finance. Retirement, paying off student loans, understanding taxes, and saving takes careful planning. You don't want to end up short. I am not a certified financial planner but I've managed to accumulate a steady portfolio since graduating college.
